The first sightings of Google Street View equipment leaving the capital territory for other parts of Paraguay began in mid-August 2024, where social media users spotted the Gen 4 Pickups around the district of Fernando de la Mora (Source: antonioy88 via TikTok). Subsequently, it was reported that Google vehicles were filming the Avenida del General Aquino which connects to the historic center of the city of Luque (Source: rojasrodrigo_10 via TikTok).
On August 13, the Paraguayan GIS company ‘A&S Topografia’ reported Google vehicles photographing part of the avenues of Mariano Roque Alonso.
On September 14, the local news media ‘Ypané Magazzine’ reported that the Google Street View car was photographing part of the suburbs of Ypané (Source: Ypané Magazzine via Facebook). In mid-September 2024, several users reported Google Street View vehicles in different parts of Areguá including the suburb of Valle Pucu (Source: Liliana Santacruz via Facebook).
Additionally, between August and October 2024, several social media users spotted the Google car in Capiatá (Source: Cesar Galeano via Facebook), also, the PY02 National Route connecting the city was also recorded in the process (Source: ayaanbyu via TikTok).
