Namibia and Oman will be the next countries to be introduced to the Google Street View service. The company in charge of providing the Street View service to the African country is LEFA, a transport company based in Windhoek, while for the Middle Eastern country, the circulation of vehicles with Street View cameras is led by Oman's National Survey Authority.

In September 2023, LEFA officially announced that it would be collaborating with Google to map part of Namibia. In January 2024, it was confirmed that the Google Street View vehicle was driving through Lüderitz, a coastal town in the Karas Region within southern Namibia. (Source: Phil Balhao via Facebook) In late April 2024, a user in the "Namibia Tourism Industry" group confirmed seeing the Google Street View car driving around Ongwediva in the Oshana Region of Northern Namibia, unfortunately there is no photographic evidence, only testimonials. In February 2024, Google officially announced that it was going to offer to drive in 3 Omani cities for the first stage of Street View in the country, these are Muscat, Sohar and Salalah. (Source: Oman Observer)

In March 2024, a car equipped with one of the Google Street View cameras was reported to be driving along several highways in the city of Sohar in Batinah. (Source: Yahya Alshamsi via Twitter)

In April 2024, several people reported that the Google Street View vehicle was photographing Boushar (ولاية بوشر) and Ghala (غلا) in southern Muscat and additionally in Ruwi (روي), one of Oman's financial districts.
